Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 7win.game ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 7win.game website, mobile interface, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

Age Verification: 7win.game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned in accordance with applicable regulations.
By registering on 7win.game, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Registration
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 7win.game Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change after registration.
The following obligations apply to your 7win.game account at all times:
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
- Unauthorised Access: You must notify 7win.game immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7win.game will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account prior to such notification.
- Account Verification (KYC): 7win.game may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing withdrawals. - One Account Per Household: Only one account is permitted per household address, IP address, device, or shared payment method. Accounts found to be in violation of this rule may be suspended pending investigation.
7win.game reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
Deposits & Withdrawals
7win.game supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
- Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 7win.game balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the issuing bank.
- Withdrawal Processing: GCash withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or pending KYC verification.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 7win.game reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
- Fees: 7win.game does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7win.game accepts no responsibility.
- Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 7win.game is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider.
Anti-Money Laundering: All transactions on 7win.game are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. 7win.game reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that triggers AML review procedures, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
Bonuses & Promotions
7win.game offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. 7win.game reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
- Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiry.
- Abuse Prevention: 7win.game reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or any other conduct that 7win.game determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
- Modification and Withdrawal: 7win.game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the 7win.game Platform are provided by third-party game suppliers whose software has been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. The specific rules for each game are available within the game interface itself and form part of these Terms by reference.
- Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on 7win.game use certified Random Number Generator technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from certified studios. The rules of each live game are displayed within the game interface and are binding on all Players.
- Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, 7win.game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. 7win.game's decision in such matters is final.

- Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, the outcome recorded in 7win.game's server logs shall be the definitive record. Players may submit disputes to the support team within seven (7) days of the relevant game round.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7win.game Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including in live dealer or multiplayer games.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7win.game staff or other Players through any communication channel.
Fraud and Chargebacks: Any Player who initiates an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal against a deposit made to 7win.game will have their account immediately suspended and all balances forfeited. 7win.game reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds through legal means.
Account Suspension & Closure
7win.game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
- A Player's account being identified as a duplicate of an existing account.
- A Player requesting self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools.
- Regulatory or legal requirements compelling 7win.game to restrict access.
Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds where wagering requirements have not been met) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and AML checks.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the 7win.game support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements or pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property
